Justice Alton Thomas Davis was appointed to the Michigan Supreme Court on August 26, 2010. Justice Davis is running for Justice of the Supreme Court on the non-partisan ballot on November 2, 2010.
His priorities on the Supreme Court are to provide open, impartial and prompt resolution of disputes and lawsuits, and to ensure that every person has a right to be fully heard and treated courteously.
